FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How far in advance do I need to book my party?
A: All parties must be booked at least one week (7 days) in advance; however, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. Birthday party slots tend to book quickly, sometimes one month in advance.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drink to my party and/or have it catered?
A: Yes! You are more than welcome to bring whatever food and non-alcoholic beverages you would like to serve, or you also have the option to have your party catered by an outside vendor.
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Both party rooms come decorated, but you can bring your own decorations if you would prefer. We request that all balloons be attached to anchors or weights and that you do not use confetti or glitter. If you would like to decorate the room yourself, you will have approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the start of your party for this purpose.
Q: How should my guests dress?
A: It can be quite cold in our facility, especially during the winter months. We recommend dressing in layers as you will warm up as you skate. Gloves will be provided for the skaters included in the party package.
Q: How many guests can fit in your party rooms?
A: The Party Rooms can accommodate approximately 10-15 guests. There is an extra-large room that is not decorated but it will hold 15-20 guests. No specific room is guaranteed unless the $20.00 choice of room fee has been paid.
Q: What is the latest that I can make any changes to my party package?
A: All changes to a party package in regard to skating lessons, choice of room or additional party time must be made by 10:00 am of the Thursday preceding the party. We ask for an estimated headcount at this time but will also accept changes in regard to the number of guests and skaters on the day of the party.
Q: What days and times will birthday parties be available?
A: At this time, we will only be offering birthday parties during our 1:00 p.m.-2:50 p.m. public session time on Saturdays. The two options in time that you can choose to book the party room for are 12:30 p.m.- 1:30 p.m. or 2:20 p.m.-3:20 p.m.
